How We Got Started

This website got its start in a web development class at Montana State University. This is where the 4 developers were put into a group and tasked with building a website. A few weeks later and BOOM! Nature Break was born.

What We Are All About?

Nature Break is your one stop shop for all things nature related. We wanted to create a relaxing environment where people could come to relax and enjoy nature from all parts of the world.

Founders

Nature Breaks founder all met in a web development class while attending Montana State University.

Ben Holmgren

Ben was the original mastermind behind Nature Break. Obviously he enjoys nature (almost too much). Other than spending time outside, Ben spends time writing code and working on other business ventures.

Colton Weeding

Colton shares a similar fondness for nature. He loves the winters in Montana and the beautiful photos that can be taken when the mountains are covered in snow. Colton is an avid video game player, but he makes sure to leave plenty of time for outdoor adventures.

Logan Dolechek

Logan is an avid hunter and thus he enjoys nature a lot. He often raves about the cool, brisk Montana mornings. Logan loves to be outside and will occasionally bring his laptop outside to do work.

Chris Tompkins

Chris has a keen interest in music. Specifically he like how well nature and music mesh together. Chris was actually the one who implemented the music features into our website. Outside of this he enjoys writing code and working on other personal projects.
